In other words, not enough to affect your fantasy decisions, especially with temps close to 50. (UPDATE:The chance for rain and the projected winds have both dropped closer to the weekend, so this one should play dry and calm.)Cardinals @ Browns. What a surprise -- the worst weather of the week is predicted for Cleveland. Fortunately, things aren't too bad, as the chance for rain is hovering around 30-35 percent and winds are supposed to max out around 15 mph.
